Our meats are cooked low and slow for rich, smoky flavor. Choose your favorites or mix and match:

Beef Brisket – Smoked over 12 hours, seasoned simply. Juicy and Moist. Let time and smoke tell the story 
- 
Pulled Pork – Robust seasoning, so perfect we just pull the blade and crush it in our hands. 
- 
Slab Ribs – Cooked tender but should still have that last hint of a pull when you bite through 
- 
Party Ribs – Individual Baby Backs, hint of spice with a not-too-sweet Nashville sauce 
- 
Pulled Chicken – Similar to our Pork but with a rounder flavor profile and more herb forward 
- 
Wings Dry Rub – OMG. Smoked, unpretentious rub, crispy skin, doesn’t need dip but you can!
