Steve started as a tattoo artist, known for precision, creativity, and detail. But even as he built his career, his true love was always food and family. The dinner table was the centerpiece of his childhood, filled with laughter, stories, and togetherness. That same spirit now lives on in every brisket, rack of ribs, and plate of pulled pork we serve.
